PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME A MEMBER: 
 

• You are over 55 years old, and if a couple the partner must be over 45 years old.

• You own an RV that will be less than 20 years old when you Become a Member

• You have the financial ability to pay our one time refundable member deposit (2026 $44,000) and pay the monthly membership fee (2026 $483 per month plus your electricity & propane)​​​​
